Prices are per room per night and include a continental style breakfast. Full English breakfast £4.95 per person. If you do not require full breakfast, you are not paying for it!

Changeover days are; Fridays for Brewery Cottage and the Old Queen’s Head. Saturdays for Ruskins Cottage and Lees Farm.

Terms and conditions

1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday is payable on booking,
2. In respect of Ruskins Cottage, the Old Queen’s Head, Lees Farm and Brewery Cottage, the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
3. In respect of Ruskins, the balance is payable on the date of departure.
4. Payments can be made by credit card (including American express), debit card, cheque (payable to Peak Escapes) or cash.
5. We accept advance payments by cheque, however payments made by cheque on the date of departure will only be accepted if covered by a bank guarantee card.
6. Check-in time at all properties on the day of arrival is from 4pm onwards or earlier by arrangement.
7. Check-out time at all properties on the day of departure is by 10.30am at the latest.
8. We do not accept any responsibility for valuables belonging to our guests.
9. We do not accept any responsibility for motor vehicles belonging to our guests.
10. All guests staying at Lees Farm must understand that the last 1 mile to the farmhouse can be tricky to negotiate, therefore low suspention vehicles are not recommended.
11. Cancellation policy: cancellations notified within 7 days of the start of the holiday will attract a liability of 50% of the total booking cost. and cancellations notified within 48 hours of the start of the holiday will attract a liability of 75% of the total booking cost.
